[00:00:40] Hello, everyone. Thank you for joining me today. Thank you for joining. An amazing thing. This is our first of the week lesson where we deal with Bible prophecy, current events, things that are happening around the world that help us know where we are in God's prophetic time clock.
[00:00:54] Today we're going to continue our series from now to Eternity and we're going to put up our chart and remember where what we've studied up until now. We began with an overview of what we're going with this lesson was going to be about.
[00:01:09] And then we had our first show covering the things that were going to happen just ahead of us. Number five, a war of a third. That's a war that's found in Revelation, chapter 9, verses 13 through 20 through 21. That's a war that's supposed to kill one third of the population of the earth. If that war happened today would probably be 2.8, 2.9 billion people since the population has grown so much.
[00:01:38] Then the next lesson was number six on our chart, the Confirmation of the Covenant. That is a prophecy that lets us know exactly where we are in God's prophetic time clock. When that event happens, we will know. We have seven years to the battle of Armageddon and the return of Jesus Christ.
[00:01:56] Then last week we studied number seven, which is Israel builds her third temple on the Temple Mount. And so that certainly happens after the confirmation of the Covenant. The confirmation, the covenant allows this to take place.
[00:02:12] And this lesson we're dealing with the abomination of desolation, the war in heaven, the two witnesses and the Great Tribulation.
[00:02:21] And so this is going to be a fantastic lesson where we'll cover those things and we want to be able to do that so that you know where we are and you can understand these things. And we know that we're going to have to have more detailed lessons so that we can fully understand this. But for the sake of our series here, we'll continue here.
[00:02:43] Now, our first thing on number eight on our chart. And let me say this for the people who are listening in one of the audio sources, just if you got Apple or Spotify audio, then I'll do my best to describe what this is on the chart. [00:03:36] Okay, we'll begin with this lesson with Daniel, chapter 9, verse 27.
[00:03:43] And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week, and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the ovulation to cease.
[00:03:53] And for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate. So we're going to take time in it and describe the things that he's going to do and let us know what these things actually mean.
[00:04:04] He shall confirm the covenant. So we know in the first part of the verse that's what he does and let's deal with that first. So just ahead of us, the, the world will confirm Israel's right to exist in the Holy Land, which is where she is right now. And we know that many, many people will say that Israel does not have a right to exist there, in spite of what it says in the Bible. We know that God made a covenant with Abraham back in Genesis 15:18, saying that you belong here. So they're going to confirm this and, and many, many, many other things that the Bible confirmed. We don't need to confirm because God said it, but we'll see what the world is going to do. And these lessons will certainly help us to do that as the Arab state in the west bank is going to take place under, under this confirmation of the covenant. So you'll have two states there. And so this confirms that there's going to be a two state solution there, that there that you're hearing about the news and that's certainly going to happen there.
[00:05:12] This event of the confirmation, the covenant that confirms these two things. Israel's right to exist as well as an Arab state in the West Bank.
[00:05:23] That's the confirmation to covenant that's going to begin God's prophetic time clock so that we can know where we are.
[00:05:31] Also the person. He is a world leader in the midst of other world leaders. So we probably won't know who he is at the time he confirmed confirms this. We know that the world, the whole world is going to confirm it. So he's going to be one of the ones that say yay or nay or however you have to raise your hand or say I confirmed this. That they'll all have to do. But we won't really, really know who that man of sin is exactly until the midway part of the final seven years. And so that's what this lesson is talking about here.
[00:06:07] The lesson we're going to have here. And all the things on this chart on number eight are going to be things that happen around the same time in that mid mist of the week that we're talking about here. The Bible calls this event the revealing of the Antichrist. That's why we say we probably won't know who he is until this point. We may suspect, but this is what God where God says we will absolutely know when he steps out accepting his role as the world's politician with the answers of all the world's problems. So he's gonna step out and acknowledge I'm the one who can solve these problems we've been wrestling with for thousands of years.
[00:06:46] He causes the sacrifice and the oblation to stop as well as the overspreading of abominations, he makes it desolate. We know that the confirmation of the covenant that we discussed it two lessons ago is what going is what is going to allow Israel to build the third Temple. Last week's show Israel builds the third Temple. So the world really doesn't realize that when they have their temple on the Temple Mount, their sacrifices will begin once again like they did in Old Testament. And so that means in the morning and in the evening of every day, they're going to have to sacrifice a lamb.
[00:07:25] And so I'm sure that's going to be one of those situations that the world is going to frown upon.
[00:07:32] He is going to commit the overspreading of abominations that makes it desolate. And so we're going to talk about what that actually is here now that Israel has built the third Temple, which we talked about on the last lesson, sacrifices resume. That man steps out the Antichrist. We learn who he is and says, you don't need these sacrifices anymore because I'm your Messiah.
[00:07:57] This takes place on the Temple Mount in a newly rebuilt temple in the first room of the temple that's called the holy place. Now I'm going to put up another chart to show us what that looks like here.
[00:08:11] Now if you look to the right of your screen. You see well around the Temple Mount on the place where the temple is going to be built. This is called the outer court. So you'll see that at the top of your screen to the right. So the outer court was the court that anybody could go into. You could walk around up there. And I'm sure they're going to be walking around, because we know, we learned in last week that the outer court will be trotting down the Gentiles for 42 months. So they'll be able to go out there. Anybody visiting Israel on a vacation would be able to go up to the Temple Mount and walk around the outer court. But if you look in the holy place, that's the first room inside the temple itself. And that is the place where he's going to commit these atrocities. If you look in there, you see the. The menorah or the candelabra, the candlesticks of oil. That's that is there. If you look, you see the table of showbread there and the altar of incense. And so this is the room that he's going to commit this act, an atrocity to where this is going to take place here.
[00:09:15] And so we'll put that up as we cover this. Now, Jesus is speaking here in Matthew 24:15.
[00:09:23] When you should therefore see the abomination of desolation spoken of by genuine prophet. He refers back to Daniel, stand in the holy place.
[00:09:32] So we know that he's going to stand in this place, in the holy place.
[00:09:38] I don't know exactly how big that holy place is, but it'll be enough for him to be in there talking to other people and discussing these things.
[00:09:46] So he's going to stand in the holy place, spoken of by Daniel the prophet. Whosoever readeth, let him understand. So Jesus refers to the scripture given to us by Daniel. And so that is where it's going to take place. And Jesus also lets us know that the event will be inside the room when he does it. Now, it may spill out into the outer court, so other people will see, but we know it happens there in the holy place. Okay, Daniel 11:31 tells us this. And arms shall stand on his part and heat, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength. They're going to do things in there that you're not supposed to do inside the temple. So they're going to pollute it with strength and shall take away the daily sacrifices. Once he does all the things that he's going to do, he gonna say, you don't need the daily sacrifices. I'm in charge of the world. So you need to stop doing this.
[00:10:40] And he's going to take them away. So however he does it, exalts himself or uses the power that he has as a world leader to do so. Maybe that's what he'll do. And the. And this shall place the abomination that make it desolate. He's going to do all kinds of vile things here. And at this time he will become the world leader and he'll command the world's army. The Bible says arms will stand on his part. That's what that means. The world's most powerful army. He will be in control of it.
[00:11:11] So that will carry a lot of weight in what he says there. He will speak blasphemies and promote himself above all that is called God. And for the overspreading of abominations, he shall make it desolate. So that's why we say all the atrocities he's going to commit is things that people would never, would never have done in the temple. He won't observe that as being a holy place any more holy than any other place. I want to read this. This is Daniel, chapter 11, verses 36 and 37.
[00:11:43] And the king, which is referring to this man who's made himself the king, shall do according to his will. And he shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every God and shall speak marvelous things against the God of gods and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished. For that determined shall be done. Neither shall he regard the God of his father, nor the desire of women, nor regard God, for he shall magnify himself above all.
[00:12:17] So in his mind there will be nothing that is above him.
[00:12:21] The things in this scripture, in the abomination desolation, he makes it known that he considers himself the most powerful man on the face of the earth, probably the most powerful man that ever lived in his man.
[00:12:35] He's going to, you know, believe that the word of God is, was just a simple guide for a bygone era. That's what they needed long time ago, before we had all these technological things.
[00:12:48] So he's gonna believe that this scripture tells us he's gonna. He will prosper from a political aspect.
[00:12:56] So that lets us know that the world is going to think he's greatest politician we've ever seen by this, the will of the people. One of the next things that will happen here. So the people's will will think, well we finally got somebody that's willing to stand up for what we think is right and would do these things. And so like I said before, we'll have to cover these things more in the future to know exactly what's going to go on here.
[00:13:28] The war in heaven, which is what we're going to talk about next here will become, you know, that is the event that's going to. His indignation will be seen there. We're going to talk about that once we get over there.
[00:13:43] He will not regard the God of his father. He will be a new age type of believing person.
[00:13:49] No one can say that their belief system is any better than anybody else's.
[00:13:54] So anybody who says that their ways, the only way would be a pariah and throughout the world and be a troublemaker. That's what they're going to see him. And so and his word is going to be final on these matters. So if you don't want to be an outcast, you can't say that your ways the only way you surely will be rooted out and made an example of. Probably the Bible says he would not regard the desire of women. Well, the desire of women in the Bible is, has always been to have children.
[00:14:26] So he'll believe that population control is necessary. You know, the resources of the world won't allow us to be able to sustain having huge families and whatnot. And the war of a third will have happened then so much of the world maybe would be uninhabitable to be able to grow crops and be able to harvest the resources of it. And so he'll be a believer of that. He'll probably be believer in the one child policy that was very prominent in Asia in recent times.
[00:15:02] And so throughout history, spiritual fulfillment times.
[00:15:10] Satan has always wanted to stop the things from happening by killing babies. We know at the time of Moses, Pharaoh had a thing where they threw all the newborn male children to the crocodiles in the Nile river. And so we knew at the time of Jesus, Herod attempted to destroy babies that were born from a certain time. So every time something great is happening on God's time clock, Satan always tries to stop that. But he's always failed and he'll fail again. And we're gonna see his undoing here.
[00:15:51] Some say that when it talks of the scripture talks about he would not regard the desire of women, that that means he'll be a homosexual.
[00:16:00] The desire of women in the Bible, which is what we should always, when we come to a conclusion, we should not use the conclusion that we have in whatever time period we're living in. We should see what the Bible says that subject matter and the definition of that is.
[00:16:15] So the Bible said that the desire women was always to have children. But he very well could be a homosexual. I mean, you know, he, he could be a homosexual in addition to what we're talking about here. And so this leads us to our next thing that happens on our prophetic time clock here.
[00:16:34] Let's take another look at it again.
[00:16:36] And on number eight here.
[00:16:40] The next thing that we're gonna have here is going to be the war in heaven. And so that's happening simultaneously to the time that the abomination of desolation takes place.
[00:16:50] And so now we're gonna cover what that is going to entail here. Now Satan knows that halfway during the Great Tribulation, he, you know, he has a perception of what time is.
[00:17:04] But I want to read it and get to that part and we'll discuss that a little bit more in detail. This is Revelation, chapter 12, verses 7 through 9.
[00:17:12] And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon and the dragon fought and his angels and prevailed not. Neither was their place found any more in heaven.
[00:17:25] And that great dragon which was cast out, that old separate serpent which is called the devil, and Satan which deceived the whole world, he was cast unto the earth and his angels were cast with him.
[00:17:39] Satan knows when certain things happen. We taught on it enough, preachers have preached on it enough. So he knows that the three and a half year point is the time he's is going to be prevented from, from being able to come before God there. So Satan knows he has three and a half years of being before he's being going to be cast into the bottomless pit to where he's going to be rendered mostly none being able to do anything for that period of time when he is cast there. The Bible tells us, and that's a future lesson that we're going to have, that he's going to be thrown in there for a thousand years.
[00:18:17] So he feels like, well, this is the time when I'm going to be cast into the earth.
[00:18:22] I might as well go for broke, bum rush the throne and see if I can overtake God. You know, the Bible says that the wicked are not going to understand the Word. And he's so deceived, he's deceived so many others. Well, he's deceived himself too because he doesn't know or understand the truth. So he's trying to figure these things out as he goes along. So Satan is cast out of heaven, no longer being able to accuse the brethren.
[00:18:49] Read. This is Revelation, chapter 12, verse 10. And I heard a loud voice saying, in heaven now is salvation come and the strength of the kingdom of God and the power of his Christ. For the accuser of the brethren is cast down, which accused them before God day and night.
[00:19:10] This could only happen if he has access to heaven at the time there was brethren, he's the accuser of the brethren. And we know that during the halfway point is the time that this takes place.
[00:19:22] Satan has been accusing the brethren as long as there's been brethren on the earth. Now most people believe that the casting down of Satan was done, you know, before humankind was existed. But that can't be the truth. And we know Jesus spoke about it. And so we know that Jesus was speaking about it as a prophetic thing.
[00:19:45] So we know that that's going to happen just ahead of us. We know Satan is the accuser of the brethren, as we said. And for you remember when he accused Job, he had access to heaven, so he still has to make an account of what he's doing. And he is the God of this world. And the princes of this world are his demons. And they have been put in charge of the earth because they were put in charge of earth before the fall.
[00:20:10] So we will have more lessons on that in the future. And this is not a salvation issue or something that we should argue over, but we need to know, I'd like to know. And so we're going to have some lessons to verify what I've said to you in the future so we can absolutely know the war in heaven.
[00:20:31] Now since Satan is cast down.
[00:20:36] Now this brings us to our next subject matter on our chart here.
[00:20:41] So we're still on number eight here. So the next thing is, you know, we've done the abomination, desolation, the war in heaven. We're gonna jump down now to the great Tribulation.
[00:20:52] And so we'll, we'll, we'll stop down there. And that's going to be our next thing in this lesson that we're going to talk about here.
[00:20:59] Okay? The Great tribulation is when we transcend from the war in heaven.
[00:21:07] That's how. This is one of the reasons that we can look at this and know that that's how we know that Satan being confined to the earth has not yet happened. Here I'm going to start reading in Revelation, chapter 12, verse 12.
[00:21:20] Therefore rejoice ye heavens and ye that dwell in them.
[00:21:25] Woe unto the habitus of the earth and of the sea. For the devil comes down to you having great wrath because he knows he has but a short time.
[00:21:36] Many people have taught that the great tribulation is the wrath of God. This clearly shows us that that's not true. We know that the wrath of God follows the wrath of Satan. The wrath of Satan is the great tribulation.
[00:21:49] So we have to be able to understand that also.
[00:21:52] So in the short time that Satan knows he has the time, he goes to deceive and destroy as many as he can of the physical people of God, the Jews and the spiritual people of God, the church. And so he wants to go ahead and destroy that. I'm confined here.
[00:22:09] My fate is going to be sealed. So I'm going to destroy as much of God's creation as I can.
[00:22:15] This is Revelation, chapter 12, verses 13 and also verse 17.
[00:22:20] And when the dragon saw he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman that brought forth the man child. Israel brought forth a man child and the dragon was wrath with the woman and went forth to make war with the remnant of her seed which keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus, that is the Christians that have the testimony of Jesus. So he's going to make war against the physical people of God, the Jews and the spiritual people of God, the church.
[00:22:52] And so that's what he's going to do.
[00:22:56] And he's going to just go all out. And we know that he will have control over many, many places in the world, almost absolute. Now we will have in future lessons too, the places that he will not have control over. He wouldn't spite of what we believe. We know that he deceives the whole world, but there are all the whole world. That means everywhere he controls, which would be most of the world. But we know that there are places that he will never control and we will cover that. I'm trying to keep the subject matter on what we are studying versus reaching all out into other things that sort of cloud up the issue.
[00:23:35] So the world and its leader, led by Satan, the Antichrist, that's the world's leader, will persecute Israel and the true Christians.
[00:23:43] And those are the people he's going to be persecuting, the people who are part of his kingdom of people who don't want to love God anyway.
[00:23:51] So those people probably would never know the inner tribulation.
[00:23:57] And I talked about earlier how the last event would be something in the future that would have something to do with his indignation. We know that when spiritual demonic activity wants to occupy folks, and we know throughout the Old Testament that, you know, there were people who had demons and Jesus cast demons out of people. Well, when Satan is cast out of heaven, has no more access to heaven, he'll probably want to be inside somebody. So he'll probably be inside Antichrist, you know, and you got to think about it in a way, if you're Satan and you want to be inside somebody, who would you want to be inside of? The most powerful man in the world or the janitor working down at the bank? I mean, it's just that simple. That he's going to want to be so that he can force people into doing the will that he would have them to do.
[00:24:54] And so most of the world is going to like what he's doing. And you know, they'll see when he persecutes all those people who don't want to acknowledge him as their leader, all them folks here killing, they gonna probably see that those folks are troublemakers anyway, and that's probably the way things will look here.
[00:25:14] And so the Antichrist will also have a religious partner. And so the Antichrist along with his religious partner, and, you know, we'll have to detail that in a future lesson too, but Satan will use these two men to perpetrate the raft of Satan in, in the great tribulation that will start in the area of Judea. That's where it's going to begin. Here. This is Matthew. This is what Jesus said in Matthew 24, 15, 16 and 21.
[00:25:44] When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel prophet, stand in the holy place. That's where he's going to stand when he performs this abomination.
[00:25:54] Whoso readeth, let him understand verse 16. Then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountain.
[00:26:02] For then shall be great tribulation such as never was before. From the beginning of the world until now, no shall ever again shall be. Well, we know where the abomination, desolation is going to begin in Judea. That's going to be the West Bank. That's going to be given to the Palestinians for their half of their homeland.
[00:26:23] We know that there are 16 or 17 settlements with a great number of Jews that want to stay out there. They consider that the promised land. God told us when he brought us out here that we should occupy the land we want to stay. Well, there'll be something that allows them to stay. They're going to Say, well, we have, you know, Arabs living in Jerusalem proper. You know, they vote in elections. They're citizens. You can stay out here. We will respect your property rights.
[00:26:50] We will respect your businesses. You, you know, you'll, you'll have your businesses remain open and we can live in harmony. And so that's what is going to be out there.
[00:27:01] And so those are the people who, when the Great Tribulation begins, they're going to bear the brunt of it first.
[00:27:09] And that's going to be persecuted on them by the Antichrist as well as the false prophet will be a part of that.
[00:27:18] Now these two men will be Satan's two men that help propagate his kingdom to take over what's going on in the world.
[00:27:28] So he's gonna have his two witnesses, and God is going to have his two witnesses. Now we'll look back at our chart again here.
[00:27:38] This brings us to the final thing that's going to happen in. On our chart here in lesson this, lesson number eight, the two witnesses. This is going to be a very, very exciting thing that we're going to get to see because certainly this is going to be on all the major news sources and such.
[00:27:56] So let's read this. This is going to be Revelation, chapter 11, verse 3.
[00:28:01] This is God speaking. And I will give power unto my two witnesses. And they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred three score days clothed in sackcloth. So we know that that just ahead of us, Satan is going to be working miracles with his two men, the Antichrist and the false prophet. So it says here that God will have his two men, and these two men are going to be clothed in sackcloth. Now, I don't know if that literally means sackcloth or like a burlap or something like that, which was considered sackcloth, I believe.
[00:28:37] Or does it just mean they're going to be modestly dressed and modestly apparel, like, you know, those suits we used to get at those outlet places?
[00:28:47] Maybe it means that. But God will be with them. They'll prophesy and they'll be very strong in the word of God. These two men will preach through the duration of the Great tribulation, which is 1260 days that we mentioned from the scripture earlier.
[00:29:03] And that is the length of the Great Tribulation, 1260 days.
[00:29:08] Some other places it says 42 months. In other places it says time, times, the dividing of times. But we know that that is half of seven years is the duration of the time that, that they were prophesied. This is Revelation, chapter 11, verse 4, it says, these are two olive trees and the two candlesticks standing for building before God of the earth.
[00:29:30] These two men will be, you know, a type and shadow. They'll be teaching and preaching the types and shadows of the Old Testament. And they will be preaching and teaching the reality of the New Testament. That's what that Scripture means. And so they will be very much preaching the word of God in the Old and New Testament. And so there'll be two men filled with God's spirit. They'll be born again believers, and they'll be the ones that God are using here. They're going to be preaching things that the world is not going to want to hear.
[00:30:03] And so, but they're going to preach them anyway.
[00:30:05] And we're going to be. The whole world is going to see them and develop an opinion about it. Let's see what that opinion that the word develops about these two men is.
[00:30:13] This is Revelation, chapter 11, verse 5.
[00:30:16] And if any man will hurt them, fire proceeds out of their mouths and devour their enemies. And, and if any man will hurt them in this manner, must they all be killed. So obviously there's going to be people who want to hurt them and not like what they're preaching so much. They're going to want them to be dead. Many people have believed and taught that when it says fire comes out of their mouths, it's a supernatural fire, like a dragon or something, it's not going to be that.
[00:30:47] I don't believe that that's the case. I believe that these, there's going to be some mechanism of protection in Jerusalem for freedom of speech, especially with there being so much contention between the Arabs and the Jews and the Americans and all the different people who travel because the, the Temple Mount would be a place of worship for everybody. So even if, whether you're Arab or Jew or whatever, you'll be able to go up there.
[00:31:17] And so there must be some mechanism that will protect the people there.
[00:31:22] And so that's what I believe this is. And I believe when it says fire proceeds from their mouths. I believe that when people refuse to halt or adhere to the rules of the armies that will be protected, he, you know, stop, stop, fire. And so I believe that's a word that comes out of my people who are to keep peace and to protect the population of the people who travel throughout Jerusalem.
[00:31:51] And every language on the face of the earth has a word that means fire. And in most languages it is the word fire.
[00:32:02] So I believe that that is a command that's given by an officer to a patrolman or officers. When people fire, fail to adhere and try to harm these two men or anybody, they will say halt. And then they'll have to give that command to fire.
[00:32:21] And I believe that that is the manner where the people who try to hurt these two men will be killed probably along with other folks who are there to do damage, whether it be a some type of terrorist or just some crazed lunatic.
[00:32:35] So I think that's what that means there, that weaponry would do it. So like I said, almost every language has a word that means that and most of them is fire.
[00:32:44] So that is what is going to come out of the people's mouths who are, who are dispensing protection on the Temple Mount as well as throughout Jerusalem because the Bible says that Jews and Arabs will have the ability to worship as well as anybody. One thing we covered in a previous lesson we remember in the Abraham Accords. That's good. That's the precursor that they talk about in the. You hear that in the news all the time. It says that everyone should have the opportunity to worship on the Temple Mount in a manner that goes along with whatever their religion is.
[00:33:21] So obviously there's going to be an enter a lot of different people there worshiping a lot of different things.
[00:33:27] And what we said that the Antichrist's word is going to be fine with most of the world.
[00:33:33] Most of the world. We won't be able to say that my, the worship that I have for my God is better than your God. So that's going to be very much a part of how these people believe that.
[00:33:44] And so it's going to be an amazing thing here.
[00:33:48] So these two men's ministry will be conducted in a public forum. So we know that there'll be, there are ministries are going to take place in the open where it can be seen downtown Jerusalem.
[00:34:03] And so we'll know what it says in a minute about that. These men will have extraordinary powers from God.
[00:34:11] Satan and his wicked people of the world will not be able to comprehend these things because a lot of in the Bible teaches that.
[00:34:21] The Bible says those who receive not a love for the truth, they will receive strong delusion that they might believe a lie and be damned. Well, it could be any kind of lie. It could be that these men that are preaching obviously the gospel, you should be killed because that's true for them and it shouldn't be believed in all these types of things.
[00:34:38] So that is going to be going on here. And so the wicked of the World is not going to lack what these two men are preaching. This is Revelation 11, verse 16.
[00:34:50] These have power to shut up heaven that it rained not in the days of their prophesying, and have power over water and to turn into blood and to smite the earth with plagues as often as they will. So they'll be preaching of things. And, and these plagues that they're going to be using, these are the plagues that the, the prophets of the Old Testament, you know, the ones that, the miracles that we saw, you know, Elijah, where it didn't rain for a certain amount of time. All those sorts of things these men are going to have the power to do. Now, I'm sure through the delusion of most of the world, it'll be something that they'll try to explain to the people, but. But it'll be from God.
[00:35:35] They'll also invoke plagues that'll make the water stink, the Bible says, and be undrinkable.
[00:35:42] So one place, I think it says, make the water will stink like a dead man. And I doubt that, you know, anybody could stomach that kind of thing, continue to be able to drink water from that particular time. So it's going to be an amazing thing there.
[00:35:57] This is Revelation, chapter 11, verse 7 and 8.
[00:36:01] And when they finish their ministry, the beast that extend out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them and overcome them and kill them. And their body shall lie in the streets of the great city, which is spiritual because Sodom and Egypt also where the Lord is crucified. So we know that that's where it's going to take place in Jerusalem. That's where Jesus was crucified. There their bodies will lay in the streets of Jerusalem.
[00:36:30] Where, when it says that, you know, when you know where Jesus was crucified, this is nowhere it's gonna take place. But it says that this place is also called a Sodom and Egypt. Well, we know that, you know, alternative lifestyles and homosexuality is very much accepted now in, in Israel. So that also confirms where these things will take place. This is Revelation 11:9.
[00:37:01] And the people of all kindreds, tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and a half, and shall not suffer to bury their bodies, to put them in graves.
[00:37:14] So when these two ministers of God are killed, the whole world will see them laying in the street.
[00:37:21] They won't want to bury them. And it'll be rumored that time that these men, they may preach it themselves that they're going to kill us. We're going to lay in the streets. But after three and a half days, we're going to raise up again. They may have been teaching that, but it certainly will be prevalent throughout the world that has been said about these two men. And so we know that all the major news sources, whether it be television, radio, print, news, all these people will be there to see what they will consider this foolishness of these men, claiming that they will rise up again and all these kinds of things. So that's the attitude that the world will have toward this. And so they will not bear them, whether it be for this purpose or not. And this is Revelation, chapter 11, verse 10. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them and make merry and shall send gifts one to another, because these two prophets that tormented them that dwell on the earth will be destroyed. So we live in a time now, in a condition of the world where even now, if you don't agree with me, I think that something should happen to you. And we certainly have seen that in this past few times with some of the more prominent things that we've seen in the news as of late.
[00:38:38] By this time, the spiritual condition of the world will be totally.
[00:38:46] Men's hearts will wax cold, as the Bible says. So surely it will be going on here. It's already going on now. It'll only get worse. And we will see these things perpetuated throughout the Great Tribulation and so forth to a degree that we never thought we'd see.
[00:39:02] It's an amazing thing. I'm going to read this. This is Revelation, chapter 11, verse 11 and 12.
[00:39:08] And after three and a half days, the Spirit of life from God entered into them.
[00:39:15] And they stood up on their feet and great fear came upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, come hither, and they shall ascend up into heaven in a cloud.
[00:39:33] And their enemies will behold them. The enemies will see this happen and the world will be watching, and they will see them be lifted up and they'll be scared out of their minds. Oh my God. We never saw anything like this. They said they would come up again. Oh my God. And so it's going to be an amazing thing. So these two men will be lifted up along with the other born again believers and the people of God from all over the world, whether they be sleeping in the grave or standing and still alive.
[00:40:05] This is the Rapture.
[00:40:07] And so, you know, this being now we talk about the Rapture and having at this time that disagrees with a lot of people who preach and teach that the church won't go through the great tribulation. So we're gonna have to have a, a lesson that's totally dedicated to that one subject matter to where we can know exactly the Bible tells us when it's gonna take place.
[00:40:30] So we're gonna know what this whole thing is about and what we should believe.
[00:40:36] And you know, this is not a salvation issue, so.
[00:40:40] But it could be. And in those future lessons where we go into detail on the Rapture and other amazing subject matter that we should study, we'll understand why.
[00:40:51] And so let's look at what's coming up next on the future shows here now. Our next lesson in this series is going to be covering the events on number nine on our chart.
[00:41:05] And that's going to be the end of the Great Tribulation, the seventh Trumpet, the battle of Armageddon. And the most exciting thing is going to be the second coming of Jesus Christ.
[00:41:16] And that is what we're going to study next week. And these lessons have been so exciting.
